Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at teeyatra@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the item.

A ₹100 return fee will be applicable on all approved returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us with photographs and your order details.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers
  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without their original tags or packaging
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 7-day return period

Exchanges

We offer a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A ₹100 exchange fee will be applicable on approved exchanges.

Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Products purchased under a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer are not eligible for exchange, except in case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or another suitable resolution.

Exchange for Size or Product

If you have received the correct product but need a different size, you may request an exchange within 5 days of delivery, provided the item meets our exchange conditions.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is returned in its original condition.

Size or product exchanges are not available for products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

The ₹100 return fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and credit the refund to your account.
