Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At Teeyatra, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy is designed in accordance with standard e-commerce practices while ensuring fairness and protection against misuse.


Return & Replacement Window

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must have all original tags intact

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required


How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or exchange, you can:

  • Or raise a request directly from your Order History on our website

Please provide:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return/replacement

  • Clear images (and unboxing video/images if available)

Requests without proper proof may be rejected.


Reverse Pickup Policy

Customers are not required to self-ship the product.

If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, our team will guide you with an alternative process.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Unsuccessful Pickup Attempts

If the customer is unavailable or fails to hand over the product after multiple pickup attempts, the return request will be cancelled.


Exchanges

Replacement will be processed only after the returned product is received and approved.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Items purchased during sale or special discounts

  • Customized or print-on-demand products

  • Gift cards

  • Any item marked as non-returnable


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved:

  • Refund will be initiated immediately

  • The amount will be credited within 4–5 business days to your original payment method

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
