1. Chest: Place the measuring tape under your arms and measure around the widest part of your chest. Keep the tape level.

2. Length: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to your waistline.

3. Shoulder: Measure from one shoulder point (where the sleeve starts) across your back to the other shoulder point.
